A. Limited License

The materials on this site are provided for personal, non-commercial use by customers or potential customers of The Malcolm Group Events Limited. As customers or potential customers, visitors to this site are hereby granted a single copy licence to download (on a single computer only) or print one copy of any of the information found on this site for personal, non-commercial use only. When purchasing tickets from any The Malcolm Group Events Limited location, please be aware of the following policies:

Each ticket purchased through The Malcolm Group Events Limited or it's ticket agents, over the telephone or on The Malcolm Group Events Limited On-line may be subject to a per ticket service charge. Orders processed over the telephone or on The Malcolm Group Events Limited On-line may also be subject to a per order handling charge.

Before making a purchase, please carefully review your event selection. Policies set forth by our clients (promoters, producers and venues) prohibit The Malcolm Group Events Limited from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made.

Please allow ample time for delivery of your order. The following serve as suggested guidelines only, and are not a guarantee on the part of The Malcolm Group Events Limited:

The Malcolm Group Events Limited usually despatches tickets within 48 hours of booking. If you have selected delivery through the mail please allow 7- 10 days. Orders placed for collection from the box office can be processed up to two days before the event.

When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. The Malcolm Group Events Limited will not replace tickets if lost, stolen, or damaged.

Tickets purchased in advance for England's Medieval Festival are valid on any one day of the Festival. There is no refund of tickets unless all three days of the Festival is cancelled. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to attend on one of the open days of the Festival.
