Wheelchairs, Pushchairs & Mobility Scooters
Most of the festival grounds are accessible by wheelchair, pushchair, buggy, and mobility scooter through a combination of mown grass walkways, dirt paths, and gravel paths. These routes are generally firm, but conditions can change depending on weather.
Outdoor Ground Conditions
The festival is held in a natural countryside setting. Some ground may be uneven, sloped, muddy, dusty, wet, or slippery depending on the weather. We recommend suitable footwear and preparation for outdoor conditions.
Rest Areas & Seating
If you are not in a wheelchair but have difficulty walking or standing for long periods, there are many seating and rest areas around the festival grounds where you can pause, including open areas and shaded woodland spaces.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible disabled toilets are available in various locations across the festival grounds. Toilet locations will be shown on the festival map and can also be confirmed at Festival Information.
Blue Badge Parking
Complimentary Blue Badge parking is located close to the main entrance. Please make sure you book your Blue Badge Parking ticket at the same time as your entry tickets, and ensure your Blue Badge is clearly displayed as you enter the grounds.
If you do not have a Blue Badge but would like the closest available access to the main festival entrance, you can purchase a VIP Parking ticket online or onsite, subject to availability.
We do not currently have mobility scooters available for hire onsite. Visitors who require mobility equipment should bring their own or make arrangements before arrival.
Carer / Personal Assistant Tickets
Carer or Personal Assistant ticket options may be available for eligible guests who require support to attend the festival. Please check the ticket page for current availability, requirements, and booking information.
Sensory Considerations
The festival includes live music, arena shows, crowds, applause, announcements, performances, animals, and evening entertainment. Some parts of the festival may be loud or busy during the day and evening.
There are also quieter locations across the festival site, including shaded woodland areas and calmer places to sit away from the busiest crowds. Visitors with sensory sensitivities may wish to plan breaks during the day and identify quieter areas on arrival.
Weather, Clothing & Footwear
As this is an outdoor event, we recommend wearing suitable footwear and clothing and coming prepared for changing weather conditions. Please bring waterproofs, warm layers, sun protection, and water as appropriate.
Assistance Dogs & Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome in permitted areas, but must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners are responsible for their dog’s welfare, hydration, behaviour, and cleaning up after them.
First Aid & Medical Support
First Aid is available onsite. If you require assistance during the festival, please speak to the nearest steward, security team member, or Festival Information point.
